SYNOPSIS:
The psychological thriller "The Number 23" stars Jim Carrey as a man whose life unravels after he comes into contact with an obscure book titled The Number 23. As he reads the book, he becomes increasingly convinced that it is based on his own life. His obsession with the number 23 starts to consume him, and he begins to realize the book forecasts far graver consequences for his life than he could have ever imagined.

The movie is mind-boggling.. Jim Carrey never fails to amaze me. Psychological Movies are really must-see ones...ex. SECRET WINDOW (about MPD, Johnny Depp nailed it!), DON'T SAY A WORD (a race against the clock and will have you on the edge of your seat 'till the end), A BEAUTIFUL MIND (he really is a genius even if he has that mind problems) and the list goes on....
Some people, they don't like The Number 23 because they thought it is such a crap that it revolves around the number 23... they don't like it coz they don't understand what the movie is all about.. hell.. yeah it tackles about that freakin number 23 but the story is not about some bullshit numerology superstitions.. they have missed the big picture, that number is just part of the plot.. the movie is about human psychology, psychosis, and introverted obsession and the effects of those. You have to dig it..
